The Smocked Mini Skirt is 100% up-cycled from deadstock and vintage suiting fabric. This full length skirt is decoratively gathered with elastic thread throughout the body of the garment, and has an adjustable drawstring waistband. The skirt length from top to hem is 11” relaxed and sits mid rise, slightly below the navel.
