The Smocked Shorts are 100% up-cycled from deadstock and vintage suiting fabrics. These knee length shorts decoratively gathered with elastic thread throughout the body of the garment, and has an adjustable drawstring waistband. The garment length from top to hem is 20” relaxed and sits mid rise, slightly below the navel.
